January - Alyssa Long

Alyssa Long has been nominated by Mary Washington, South Main Street Assistant Manager, for Employee of the Month! Alyssa has shown great compassion and is always caring and helpful to her co-workers and residents. While Alyssa primarily works in the upstairs apartment at South Main House with our independent residents, she also has been extremely helpful in assisting with filling shifts with the downstairs residents. When Alyssa is on shift, she is ALWAYS a team player! Alyssa makes sure to address and speak to everyone on shift whenever she comes in. She definitely keeps the positive vibes up in the house, making work enjoyable for all! Alyssa has been a welcome addition to the NBFL South Main House Team! Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Alyssa!

February - Jeff Gilles

Jeff Gilles is Parum Road's choice for Employee of the Month! He has been nominated by Jackie Schupp, Parum Road Manager, and Jim Piccione, Parum Road Assistant Manager. Jeff has worked for New Beginnings for Life since January 2017 and has provided faithful service. Jeff is well-liked by staff and residents alike and is always willing to accept additional tasks when requested of him. Jeff has shown to be very willing to flex his schedule to meet house needs. Congratulations, Jeff! Thank you for your dedication and hard work!

March - Harli Kettle

Harli Kettle is nominated by Angela Fournier, Old Hebron House Manager, for Employee of the Month! Harli has gone above and beyond for her individuals and for the company since she started working for New Beginnings for Life. Harli has picked up any hours asked of her and then some! When she is with her individuals, she makes sure they are doing what they need to do in order to be successful, independent people. She completes all job duty tasks on time and does more than what is asked of her. She has a positive attitude and all of our individuals love working with her! We are so thankful for her here at Old Hebron Road! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication, Harli!

April - Anthony Satiro

Anthony Satiro has been nominated by Olivia Blais, Day Program Manager, and Ruzlaini Shaharom, Day Program Assistant Manager for Employee of the Month! Anthony has gone above and beyond with his clients and his ability to "go with the flow" and adapt to daily changes has been a great asset for New Beginnings. Anthony ensures that all of his assigned tasts are completed throughout the day, and when asked, he is always willing to lend a hand. This past winter, Anthony ensured that his client was able to get to work, even during inclement weather! Anthony has been a great addition to the company and we appreciate everything he does. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your clients, Anthony!

May - Mardi Santana

Mardi Santana has been nominated by Julie Long, South Main House Manager, and Mary Washington, South Main House Assistant Manager, for Employee of the Month! Mardi has worked for New Beginnings for Life at South Main House for a few years now. Julie and Mary have both seen a complete turn around in his work ethic and his attitude towards being part of a team. Mardi has been helpful when asked to complete any task. While Mardi usually works with one individual, he has taken the initiative and asked to be trained on the other individuals in the house. Overall, Mardi has become an important part of the New Beginnings for Life team at South Main Street! Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Mardi!

June - Florence Hunter

Florence Hunter has been nominated by Jackie Schupp, Manager of Parum House for Employee of the Month! Florence Hunter is an exceptional employee whose dedication and hard work make her the perfect candidate for Employee of the Month. Flo often exceeds expectations and consistently delivers high-quality work, making her an invaluable asset to the Parum House team. Her commitment to excellence is truly inspiring and we are lucky to have her on our team. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Flo!

August - Amber Tift 

Since Amber started in 2022, she has been such an incredible asset to Rockland Farm! She is a dedicated and hard worker, and is always especially kind to the clients who work with her. She always has a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone she sees. Amber is always encouraging the clients she works with to go above and beyond, and the clients are constantly learning new tasks and perfecting old ones. All of the clients who work with her love her dearly and are so happy to join us in congratulating Amber on her achievement of Employee of the Month!

September - Thomas Simone

Thomas as been at New Beginnings for Life for almost a year and has improved his work ethic and his job performance greatly in that time. He has been more than willing to jump in and assist with covering shifts. He is helpful to his coworkers and has become a real team player. He shows a great deal of compassion to his residents. He has become an asset to the Main House Crew and to the NBFL family! We look forward to seeing Tom excel in the future!
